5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Usage-Based Fees: Certain services provided through the 24/7 Customer Acquisition System, including but not limited to AI voice agents, AI chat agents, SMS messaging, email delivery, call tracking, and automation workflows, incur third-party usage costs. These charges are not included in the standard monthly subscription fee and will be billed separately to the payment method maintained on file.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use our services lawfully.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, assessments, and materials remain the property of 5 Oak Strategies.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with GoHighLevel, payment processors, AI platforms, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us during the previous twelve months.

10. AI and Automation

AI-generated responses are informational only and may contain inaccuracies.

11. Governing Law
